Ich: "Wie siehts mit meinem Auftrag aus, hab jetzt 2 Wochen nichts gehört..."
Hotline: "Jaaa... hier ist der Auftrag... der wurde auf abgeschlossen gesetzt, ich hab den jetzt mal neu angestoßen. Melden Sie sich Freitag nochmal, dann wissen wir mehr."
